How long will it take me to receive my order?

Each one of our products is bespoke printed for you after you place your order. As a result, please allow 7 – 10 days for production to take place, after which your order will ship.

What are your shipping times?

Once shipped, most orders take between 2-4 days for UK deliveries.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please send us some photos of the damage, along with your order number and we’ll make things right. Our e-mail address is: hello@clubhonourable.com.

Do you accept returns?

We're sorry but due to the personalised nature of your t-shirts and sweatshirts, they cannot be returned.

Our caps and totes can be returned, as they are not personalised. You have the right to return these items if you inform us within 14 days of receiving them. You then have a further 14 days to ensure that the product is returned to our central returns address in the UK. You are responsible for any costs of shipping the product back to us and for ensuring that it arrives in a resalable condition. Once we inspect your return, we will issue you with a refund if it has arrived in good condition.

Where do you make your products?

We source our products from Stanley/Stella, one of Europe's leading clothing suppliers. We chose them not just because of their quality but also because Stanley/Stella are committed to using only GOTS-certified organic cotton and recycled polyester. They have also decided to work with only a limited number of suppliers to make sure that standards are maintained when it comes to human rights, environmental due diligence and the company's decarbonisation strategy. 

We ship your order in paper bags rather than plastic. In addition, we have decided not to include packing slips in order to avoid unnecessary paper usage.
